Personal profile:
Prof. Zhang got his Ph.D. degree from IoP-CAS, and he was a postdoc at Stanford University. He has been selected as a young top-notch talent under the National High-level Talents Special Support Program, NSFC for Distinguished Young Scholars, New Cornerstone Investigator, “Ten Thousand Talents Program” Leading Talents in Scientific and Technological Innovation, Outstanding foreign expert introduced by CAS, and a young leading talent by MOST. He has been awarded the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, Young Scientist Prize of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, CAS Outstanding Science and Technology Achievement Prize, Hu Gangfu Physics Award of CPS, Young Innovators Awards in 2D Materials. Prof. Zhang has led several research projects such as National Key R&D Program of the MOST, the major projects of NSFC, and CAS Pioneer Class B projects, etc. With over 20 years of experience in the field of nanophysics and devices, Prof. Zhang has published more than 230 high-level academic papers (including 38 papers in Science and Nature series), with a total of over 22,000 citations and the highest single paper citation of over 2,400 times. His personal H-index is 66, and he has been selected as a highly cited researcher by Clarivate Analytics in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He is currently serving as Deputy Editor of Materials Futures and as an editorial board member for Nano Res., npj 2D Mat. Appl., etc.

本人在二维半导体材料研究领域、新型类脑存储器件领域、光电探测以及柔性电子学领域有多年的工作积累，长期从事二维半导体材料的制备、结构与物性的表征、柔性电子器件加工设计测量及应用研究，参与并做出了一系具有原创性的工作，发表SCI论文30余篇，其中第一/通讯作者文章16篇，包括Nat. Electron. 1篇（ESI高被引），Nat. Commun. 3篇（其中1篇已接收，未见刊），Adv. Mater. 1 篇， ACS Nano 2篇（其中1篇已接收，未见刊），Nano Lett. 1篇，等，申请国内/国外专利4项，授权3项。
