研究方向及成果
本人在二维半导体材料研究领域、新型类脑存储器件领域、光电探测以及柔性电子学领域有多年的工作积累,长期从事二维半导体材料的制备、结构与物性的表征、柔性电子器件加工设计测量及应用研究,参与并做出了一系具有原创性的工作,发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一/通讯作者文章16篇,包括Nat. Electron. 1篇(ESI高被引),Nat. Commun. 3篇(其中1篇已接收,未见刊),Adv. Mater. 1 篇, ACS Nano 2篇(其中1篇已接收,未见刊),Nano Lett. 1篇,等,申请国内/国外专利4项,授权3项。积累了丰富的研究经验,主要研究方向如下:
▶ 二维半导体材料的晶圆级外延生长及转移;
▶ 二维半导体器件加工与集成电路研究;
▶ 二维半导体器件在光电、显示、医疗、仿生等领域的应用。
